FENCING & LANDSCAPING ENTITLEMENTS*

 

Complimentary Front Landscaping through Landscaping Contractor - LD Total

As part of your land purchase at Iluma community, you may receive complimentary front landscaping through the Landscape Starter Package, provided by our nominated landscaping company, LD Total.

Once your land has settled, your contact details will be shared with LD Total. They’ll be in contact with you during the construction of your new home and collaborate on your front garden design, and will arrange installation after your build is complete.

Boundary Fencing

As your new home nears completion, you're invited to submit an application for the installation of boundary fencing where it hasn’t already been installed.

To ensure timely coordination, please submit your fencing application approximately 6–8 weeks prior to the anticipated Practical Completion date for your new home.

Please note: To be eligible for the Fencing and Landscaping rebate, your home must be completed within 24 months of settlement by the original purchaser of the lot. The completed home must comply with the Iluma Restrictive Covenants and Design Guidelines and constructed as per your Approved House Design Plans via the Iluma Design Committee.
