King's Park Festival

Celebrate the arrival of wildflower season at Kings Park and Botanic Garden this September with a month-long calendar of walks, talks, outdoor exhibitions and art installations. Bring the family and enjoy a leisurely stroll or picnic amongst the native flora.

1-30 September

WA Beer & Beef Festival

Mark your diary, stat. This tasty food festival is set to take over Elizabeth Quay on the Queen's birthday long weekend, for four days of indulgence. Get ready for juicy beef tastings from Perth eateries such as Varsity Bar, Porkies and Side Door BBQ, best washed down with a craft beer or two.

22-25 September

Telstra Perth Fashion Festival

Style gurus of Perth unite, the annual TPFF is back and bigger than ever, showcasing talented West Australian designers on a global stage. The runway events will be dotted around the city at handpicked locations including Myer, Wesley Quarter and Crown Perth.

6-17 September

AWESOME Arts Festival

The Perth Cultural Centre will burst with colour and creativity this October school holidays for the 2017 AWESOME Arts Festival. Designed for kids aged 6-12 years, youngsters can immerse themselves in art, dance, theatre and craft with a variety of fun and interactive activities.

30 September - 13 October

Beauvine Food & Wine Festival

Birdwood Square in Mount Lawley is set to be transformed this October with the return of Beauvine, a food and wine festival made for locals, by locals. Wander through a maze of stalls from over sixty wineries and breweries, and food dished up by some of Perth's favourite eateries including Lucky Chans, Clarences, Pinchos, Chico Gelato and more.

Father's Day at Elmar's In The Valley

Where better to celebrate Father's Day than overlooking the rolling vineyards of the Swan Valley? Take a seat in Elmar's Biergarten and shout dad an ale while lunching on the European inspired menu of open-faced sandwiches and share plates, or for something heartier, the pork schnitzel is a tried and true winner.

At this treasure trove you can stroll through a marketplace of local produce, handicraft and food & wine providores. Pick up a unique souvenir and a bite to eat, and to keep you entertained there's live music and even a bouncy castle for the kids!

Swan Valley Mudfest

If you're not afraid to get your hands dirty (in a literal sense) this one is for you. On the 8th of October Belvoir Estate will be transformed into a 5km action-packed course of muddy obstacles including rope swings, bridges, inclines and a few surprises along the way!

Oktoberfest

Prost! Celebrate Oktoberfest Swan Valley style at Elmar's in the Valley, with 18+ events on 14th and 21st October and a family fun day on 22nd October. Take a seat in the sprawling gardens and enjoy live music, traditional German food and a stein (or two!).
