If you want to find out more about the Affordability Experiment and check out a home similar to the one that could be yours while you discover life at Iluma Private Estate, then make sure you join us for this fun and informative day at our open house event.
People will be on hand to walk you through the home and help answer any questions you might have about the Experiment and ways to afford your first home.
🏠 Take a tour of a TERRACE WA built home as they talk you through the quality and design features of the Affordability Experiment home.
📝 Mirvac Residential staff will be on hand to provide you with more information about the experiment, life at Iluma Private Estate and help you with your application.
💰 Keystart staff will be on hand to help you with the eligibility criteria and what may be required for a Keystart loan.
☀️ A Solar Specialist from Synergy will talk you through the energy saving technology in the home that could help reduce your house-hold bills.
🍦 And the most important thing, there will be FREE ice cream for all to enjoy!

About Mirvac's Affordability Experiment
Mirvac together with partners Synergy, Keystart and TERRACE WA are looking for a family who is keen to get into their first home and take part in Mirvac’s Affordability Experiment.
The chosen family will have the opportunity to live in a custom-built TERRACE WA home at Iluma Private Estate for 12months. This home has been designed to be sustainable and energy efficient so that you can save money on your household bills, and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage and overlooks leafy Pegasus Park.
During the 12month period all rent paid will be saved into a fund, so that at the end of the experiment it will be refunded to go towards the purchase of the home.
